The story

Problem: Flat-rate techs get paid by flagged hours under complicated pay plans, and short paychecks are hard to prove.
Solution: A seven-step wizard models the tech's real pay plan. Logged repair orders feed a pay engine that does all its math in integer cents and shows its work. A reconciler lists the jobs that explain a gap, each with a one-tap fix.
Result: Has 102 automated tests, and CI builds a tested APK on every push.
